Arrival Student offers a collective 40+ years of student accommodation operational experience retained by the Senior Management Team. Our combined knowledge, skills and reputation provide our customers with a class leading, full spectrum operating service.

In a world of owner operators, we stand out. We don’t own student accommodation, and as a result of not being tied to an equity investor who is also a competitor to the University, Arrival Student is free of conflict and is both adaptable and versatile to meet the individual needs of each of its partners.

Arrival Student is a Boutique Operator with a target to operate no more than 10,000 student beds across Australia and New Zealand. We don’t think customers benefit when we target every single deal that comes to market.

We have observed the student experience globally across both universities and operators and engaged research companies annually to keep up to date with what student’s value and want.

The Arrival Student program is ‘A+’, as it sets the standard for which our customer base aspires – be it academic achievement, universities seeking a ‘best in class’ student experiences or an event program that activates the ‘now’ for our community.

We designed the Program as an adaptable and scalable program that is easily understood by our customers and the team. It consists of three phases that capture the student journey, and activates each phase with two clear actions.
